A simple leather shoe from Vivobarefoot made from wild hide African leather sourced from small scale farmers in Ethiopia. It is part of the Made in Ethiopia range and a direct nod to the Laetoli Footprints. The Addis shoes are handmade in Addis Ababa, empowering makers and supporting local communities. This shoe is a nice wide fit on the lovely zero drop, ultra thin and flexible Addis sole unit. The sole features the signature footprint design inspired by the Laetoli found in Tanzania, the oldest recorded persevered human footprints dating back to around 3.7 million years ago. The 4mm ergonomic cup sole with heel rocker provides amazing natural movement and ground feel.
